"Really easy site to use"
I found what I needed quickly. I was going to say the pages were fast, but yeah, they loaded fine and checkout was simple too. Nothing confusing or annoying, just an easy site to use overall.

"Delivery was fine, but the tracking felt suspicious"
So the delivery did show up in the end, but I’m not totally convinced everything was running smoothly behind the scenes. It was a bit late, and the tracking barely updated, which always makes me wonder if the package is just sitting in some mystery warehouse while they pretend it’s “in transit.” The product itself was totally fine once it arrived, though, so I can’t complain too much. Just wish the delivery info felt a little less like a cover-up.

"Order was right, but I felt ignored"
I did get exactly what I ordered, so no problems there. It just felt like nobody really paid attention to me during the process, which made the whole experience feel a little off.

"Good gear, but I felt a bit ignored"
I ordered from cspforestry.com the gear itself was better than I expected. Everything feels solid and well made, not cheap or flimsy at all. I’ve been using it for a little while now and it’s holding up well. The only downside was that I felt a bit ignored when I tried to reach out with a question, which was frustrating. Still, based on the quality of the stuff, I’d probably buy from them again.

"Honestly, they made it easy"
I ordered from CSP Forestry, and I’ve gotta give them the blame for making the whole thing way less stressful than usual. The product details on the site were actually spot on — sizes, specs, and everything that was supposed to come in the box matched what showed up. No guessing, no weird surprises, and it made picking the right item easy. I’m happy with it.

"Easier to Shop Than Other Forestry Sites I've Used"
I was able to find the parts I needed quickly, which was nice. Compared to a few other forestry supply sites I’ve tried, this one felt much easier to browse and had a good range of stuff to choose from.

"Shipping was slow"
I ordered from cspforestry.com, and the shipping took quite a bit longer than I was expecting. The tracking seemed like it wasn’t really moving for a few days, so I ended up checking it myself more often than I probably should have.
The item did eventually arrive, so it wasn’t the worst experience or anything, but I’d be hesitant to order again if I needed something quickly. It might be fine if you’re not in a rush, though

"Available… until it wasn’t"
I tried ordering a few forestry bits that were apparently in stock, which was great right up until they suddenly weren’t. Had to wait around for an update, and it threw my plans off a bit. The site itself is fine, but the stock info could definitely do with being a bit clearer.

"Advice felt vague and hidden behind policy"
I went in hoping for some actual tech guidance, but the advice I got felt shaky. Whenever I asked for more detail, it kind of turned into a “that’s just our policy” answer instead of a real explanation. I get that rules exist, but it was frustrating when I just needed someone to be more technical and helpful

"They got there eventually"
Customer service did respond, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it wasn’t exactly speedy. I had to follow up twice before things actually moved along. Not the worst experience ever, just slower than I’d hoped.

"I picked up a few forestry bits from..."
I picked up a few forestry bits from them, and overall it was alright. The prices were mostly fair, though a couple of things felt a bit expensive for what they were. Quality was fine, so I can’t really complain too much on that side. What did annoy me was the communication — I had to figure out more than I should have because some details weren’t very clear. Not a bad value, just not exactly a bargain either.

"Reliable, but the communication could be better"
They showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done, which I appreciated. The only downside was that updates were a bit slow, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. Overall, I’d say they’re reliable enough, but I’d probably expect clearer communication next time.
